针刺联合加味玄麦甘桔汤治疗慢性咽炎34例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合加味玄麦甘桔汤治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效.方法:选取慢性咽炎患者68例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各34例;对照组给予慢性咽炎常规治疗,观察组给予针刺联合加味玄麦甘桔汤治疗;比较两组总有效率、 症状缓解时间及不良反应.结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为91.18%,高于对照组的64.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咽部疼痛出血、 咽部粘膜干燥、 咽部异物感及咽部干痒改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗出现不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:针刺联合加味玄麦甘桔汤治疗慢性咽炎具有较好的疗效,能有效加快患者临床症状的缓解,且不会增加不良反应.Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Jiawei Xuan Wheat Orange Soup in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods Selected 68 patients with chronic pharyngitis,divided to the control group and the observation group,each 34 cases.Routine treatment of chronic pharyngitis in control group,the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with flavored wheat orange decoction,Comparison of efficiency,symptom remission time and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 91.18%,which is better than 64.71%of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of pharyngeal pain hemorrhage,pharyngeal mucosal dryness,pharyngeal foreign body sensation and pharyngeal dry itching in the observation group which is better than the control group,The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Jiawei Xuanmai Gantang Decoction has a good curative effect on chronic pharyngitis,which can effectively accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms of patients,and will not increase adverse reactions.
