摘 要:目的:评价不同产地南沙参药材的质量,测定贵州10个不同产地南沙参药材总多糖含量.方法:采用水提醇沉法提取总多糖,以葡萄糖为对照品制作标准曲线,利用硫酸-苯酚法和紫外分光光度计测定多糖含量.结果:不同产地的南沙参总多糖含量差异较大,其中以纳雍和安顺产南沙参总多糖含量较高,分别为21.978%和19.901%,而六枝和水城产南沙参总多糖含量较低,分别为6.378%和6.738%.结论:纳雍和安顺产南沙参药材的质量较好,纳雍和安顺为南沙参种植的较适宜地区.Objective To evaluate the quality of Adenophorae Radix produced in Guizhou province from different habitats,the content of total polysaccharides in Adenophorae Radix samples from 10 different areas was determined.Methods The total polysaccharide was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.The standard curve was obtained with glucose as control.And the polysaccharide content was determined by sulfuric acid-phenol and ultraviolet spectrophotometer.Results The polysaccharide conrent of Adenophorae Radix polysaccharide content from different areas of Guizhou is very different.In Nayong and Anshun Adenophorae Radix,the total polysaccharide content was higher;the content is 21.978%and 19.901%,respectively.While that of the Liuzhi and Shuicheng Adenophorae Radix is low,the content is 6.378%and 6.738%,respectively.Conclusion The quality of Nayong and Anshun Adenophorae Radix is better;and Nayong and Anshun are suitable areas for Adenophorae Radix planting.
