摘　　要：随着互联网与医疗行业的融合,网上在线预约挂号平台应运而生.北京市统一预约挂号平台的使用对改善门诊挂号,优化服务质量具有重要意义,同时也带来了一些新的问题.针对统一预约挂号平台出现的号贩子问题,北京市卫生和计划生育委员会提出利用慢速排队机制等新技术,保证号源公平合理的分配,改善患者的就医体验,保障统一预约挂号平台的健康发展.With the integration of the Internet and the medical industry,online appointment registration platform has been established.The use of Beijing’s unified appointment registration platform is of great significance for improving outpatient registration and optimizing service quality,and it also brings some new problems.In response to the problem of registration traffickers appearing on the unified appointment registration platform,the Beijing Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission proposed to use new technologies such as slow queuing mechanism to ensure a fair and reasonable distribution of the registration resource,improve the patient’s medical experience,and ensure the healthy development of the unified appointment registration platform.
