小针刀联合推拿治疗骨关节周围炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探究小针刀联合推拿对骨关节周围炎治疗的临床效果.方法 将本院120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组.观察组给予小针刀联合推拿手法系统治疗,对照组进行传统抗炎治疗.结果 观察组总有效率为91.67%,对照组总有效率为21.67%,观察组疗效显著优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 此法治疗骨关节周围炎有显著疗效,临床应用价值大.Objective To explore the clinical effect of small needle knife combined with massage on periarthritis of bone and joint.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with small needle knife combined massage technique.and the control group was treated with traditional antiinflammatory therapy.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 91.67%.control group total effective rate was 21.67%,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion This method has a significant effect on the treatment of periarthritis of the bone and joint,and its clinical application is of great value.
