银离子敷料在治疗糜烂型足癣的应用及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨银离子敷料在治疗糜烂型足癣的效果.方法 设观察组和对照组,观察组用银离子敷料治疗,对照组用常规方法治疗.结果 观察组愈合时间、伤口换药时疼痛、换药次数、周围皮肤浸渍、治疗后细菌培养阴性率明显优于对照组(P<0.01).结论 使用银离子敷料治疗改变了常规治疗方法中频繁换药给患者带来的痛苦,同时有效减少创面的感染,促进创面的修复.Objective Study of ionic silver dressing in the treatment of erosive tinea pedis effect.Methods The observation group and the control group,the observation group with silver ion dressing treatment,the control group received routine treatment.Results In the observation group,healing time,pain,wound around the skin when the number of dressings impregnated,after treatment of bacterial culture negative rate was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The use of ionic silver dressing treatment changed the conventional treatment for frequent dressing pain to patients,and effectively reduce the wound infection,promote wound repair.
