改良经闭孔经阴道前壁尿道悬吊术治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨压力性尿失禁患者应用改良经闭孔经阴道前壁尿道悬吊术治疗的临床效果.方法 在医院2010年1月~2016年6月诊治的压力性尿失禁患者中抽取60例作研究对象,按随机抽签方式分成两组,治疗组(n=30)应用改良经闭孔经阴道前壁尿道悬吊术治疗,对照组(n=30)采取传统阴式子宫切除联合阴道前壁修补术治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果以及手术指标.结果 ①治疗组治疗有效率是94.12%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);②治疗组患者手术时间与住院时间均短于对照组(均P<0.01),且术中出血量较少(P<0.01).结论 压力性尿失禁患者应用改良经闭孔经阴道前壁尿道悬吊术治疗的临床效果肯定,值得借鉴.Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified urethral suspension through the anterior vaginal wall in patients with stress urinary incontinence.Methods Sixty cases of patients with stress urinary incontinence diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=30)Vagina anterior urethral suspension surgery,the control group(n=30)to take the traditional vaginal hysterectomy combined with vaginal anterior wall repair treatment,compared the two groups of patients with treatment and surgical indicators.Results①The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%,<0.05).②The operation time and hospitalization time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group(<0.01),and the amount of bleeding was less(<0.01).Conclusion The clinical effect of modified urethral suspension through the anterior wall of the vagina in patients with stress urinary incontinence should be used for reference.
