摘　　要：目的:探讨分析留置气囊导尿管拔管困难的原因以及预见性护理方法。方法针对2013年1月~2015年1月我科发生的拔管困难4例展开经验总结,对2015年2月~2016年2月536例留置气囊尿管患者采取预见性护理。结果采取预见性护理后无1例发生拔管困难。结论针对工作中出现的留置气囊导尿管拔管困难的现象,通过采取一系列的预见性护理措施可有效地预防拔管困难,减轻患者痛苦,除了可以提高护理质量外,还可提高护士的超前护理意识,减少护理工作的盲从性。Objective To discuss the reasons of the difficulties in the extubation of indwelling urethral catheter and the predictive nursing methods.Methods According to the experience of 4 cases of extubation difficulties occurred in our department from January 2013 to January in February 2015,536 cases of patients with indwelling urethral catheter in February 2016 to were summarized.Results After the predictive nursing,none of the patients had difficulty in extubation.Conclusion According to the work of indwelling balloon urethral catheter tube difficult phenomenon by take a series of foreseeable nursing intervention can effectively prevent pull tube difficult,to alleviate the suffering of patients,not only can improve the quality of nursing,but also improve the nurses'ahead of the consciousness of nursing,reduce the nursing work of blindness.
