双腔支气管插管用于肺部手术麻醉的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:为有效对患者进行肺部手术,临床研究双腔支气管插管的麻醉效果。方法回顾性分析2014年6月~2015年8月96例经诊断需入院进行肺部手术患者,对患者手术中麻醉情况进行分析。结果96例患者均无严重并发症发生,其中94例麻醉成功,临床成功率为97.9%,79例患者一次性插管成功所占比例为82.3%,15例调整插入深度后成功,2例反复插管对位不成功行单腔插管。所有患者对麻醉效果均较满意,麻醉过程中有4例患者出现低氧血症占4.2%,发现后及时采取有效措施,患者症状消失。结论临床在对患者进行肺部手术时,采用双腔支气管插管麻醉,患者麻醉效果好满意度好、无并发症,但术中有出现低氧血症可能,需特别关注。Objective To efficiently conduct the pulmonary surgery and explore the clinical effect of double-lumen endotracheal intubation.Methods 96 patients of receiving the pulmonary surgery from June 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital were selected.During the surgery,the anesthesia effect was analyzed.Results There were no serious complications.The effective rate of anesthesia was 97.9%(94 cases).There were 79 cases with one-time intubation,15 cases with deep intubation and 2 cases with single-lumen intubation(failure of repeated intubation).The anesthesia effect was favorable.During the process,4 cases of hypoxemia were cured with the proper measures.Conclusion During the anesthesia of pulmonary surgery,the double-lumen endotracheal intubation has a favorable effect and no complications.The incidence of hypoxemia shall be concerned.
