摘　　要：目前大数据技术在医疗领域的应用研究受到广泛关注。然而目前医疗大数据的讨论更多是延续以往的医学统计,医学数据挖掘的思路,并没有意识到随着大数据技术在医疗领域的应用,即将对医疗行业带来革命性的变革。介绍医疗大数据的4个组成部分,分析了医疗大数据在各领域的研究现状,指出生命科学数据是医疗大数据领域的研究核心。通过案例介绍了医疗大数据如何应用于科学研究和临床治疗。总结了医疗大数据研究中的问题和解决方法。At present,the application of big data technology in the medical field has received wide attention.However,the discussion of medical data is more a continuation of the previous medicine statistics,medical data mining method,and no consciousness to with big data technology in the medical field of application is for the medical industry bring a revolutionary change.We introduce the four part of the medical data,analysis of the current situation of medical data in various fields of life sciences,point out that Life Sciences data is the core of the medical data.A case study is applied in scientific research and clinical treatment.The problems and solutions in the research of medical big data are summarized.
