摘　　要：目的:对比分析Excel支架与火鸟支架术治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的有效性。方法将53例接受药物洗脱支架治疗的STEMI患者分为观察组(23例)和对照组(30例),分别行火鸟支架术和Excel支架术,比较两组不良心脏事件发生情况及生存时间。结果观察组住院期间和随访期间不良心脏事件发生率分别为4.3%、8.6%,对照组分别为3.3%、3.3%,两组比较差异并不显著(跃0.05);其中观察组患者平均生存时间短于对照组,比较差异显著(<0.05)。结论火鸟支架术治疗STEMI的有效性和安全性与Excel支架相接近。Objective To compare and analyze the validity of excel stent and firebird stent on the treatment of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods 53 STEMI patients with treated with drug-eluting stents(des)were selected as the research object and divided into the observation group(23 cases)and control group(30 cases).They were given the firebird stent and Excel stent.Adverse cardiac events happening and survival time of the two groups were compared.Results Hospital stay and the incidence of adverse cardiac events during the follow-up period of the observation group was 4.3%,8.6%respectively,and the control group was 3.3%,3.3%respectively,there was no statistically significant difference(>0.05).The average survival time of the observation group was shorter than the control group,the difference was significant statistically significant(<0.05).Conclusion Efficacy and safety of the firebird stent in the treatment of STEMI are near that of Excel stents.
