戊酸雌二醇配伍利多卡因在绝经后取节育环治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究戊酸雌二醇配伍利多卡因在绝经后取节育环治疗中的应用价值。方法选取我中心64例患者按治疗方法分两组(各32例),观察组戊酸雌二醇配伍利多卡因,对照组单纯戊酸雌二醇。结果观察组患者节育环取出总有效率、无痛或轻痛比例分别为100.0%、93.8%,显著高于对照组,<0.05。结论戊酸雌二醇配伍利多卡因可提高绝经后取节育环成功率,减轻痛苦。Objective To study the application value of estradiol combined with lidocaine in the treatment of postmenopausal women with intrauterine device.Methods 64 cases were divided into two groups(32 cases in each)according to the treatment method,the observation group was treated with estradiol and lidocaine,and the control group was treated with estradiol alone.Results The total efficiency of the observation group,the proportion of total effective rate,painless or light pain were 100%and 93.8%respectively,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Estradiol combined with lidocaine can increase the success rate of taking contraceptive ring and relieve the pain.
