63份抗菌药物说明书中有关孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药的分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析我院常用抗菌药物说明书中有关孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药的标注情况,为临床合理、安全用药提供参考依据。方法收集我院药房正在使用的63份抗菌药物说明书,按照不同分类方法对关于孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药的标注情况进行统计分析。结果我院常用抗菌药物符合抗菌药物的应用原则,在所调查的药品说明书中,国产药品对关于孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药的标注率分别为93.22豫和88.14豫,进口药品的标注率均为100豫。孕妇及哺乳期妇女用药有明确指导意见的分别占93.65%和88.89豫。结论药品监管部门、生产企业及医疗卫生机构应提高对药品说明书重要性的认知,积极采取措施加以进一步的改进和完善。Objective To investigate and analyze the labeling on drug use for pregnant and lactating women in antibiotics package inserts of our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical rational and safe use of drugs.Methods The 63 package inserts of antibiotics in pharmacy of our hospital were collected.The labeling on drug use for pregnant and lactating women was analyzed statistically in accordance with different classification methods.Results The antibiotics of our hospital conform with the principles of antibiotics application.All the package inserts investigated,the labeling rate on drug use for pregnant and lactating women was 93.22%and 88.14%of domestic drugs,respectively.And it was 100%of the imported drugs.The labeling rate on clearly labeled drug use for pregnant and lactating women was 93.65%and 88.89%,respectively.Conclusion Drug regulatory authorities,drug manufacturers and medical institutions should pay more attention to the importance of package inserts and take actively measures to improve and perfect it.
