经腹与经阴道超声应用于异位妊娠诊断中的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨经腹超声(TAS)与经阴道超声(TVS)应用于诊断异位妊娠(EP)的临床价值。方法选取我院58例术后经病理证实为EP患者的病例资料,术前均行TAS与TVS检查,以术后病理结果为诊断标准,将TAS与TVS检查结果与病理检查结果进行比较分析。结果与术后病理结果比较,TAS的诊断符合率为75.86%(44/58),TVS的诊断符合率为94.83%(55/58),两种检查方法比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TVS对异位妊娠的诊断率明显高于TAS,联合应用可很大程度地降低异位妊娠的漏诊率,具有较高临床价值,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the transabdominal sonography(TAS)and transvaginal sonography(TVS)in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy(EP)and the clinical value.Methods In our hospital 58 cases pathological y confirmedEP cases,underwent TAS and TVS examination before operation,thepostoperative pathological results as diagnostic criteria,the TAS and the results of TVS were compared with pathological results analysis.Results Compared with the pathological results,the diagnostic accordance rate of TAS was 75.86%(44/58),the diagnostic accordance rate of TVS was 94.83%(55/58),comparison of two kinds of inspection methods,the dif erence was statistical y significant(<0.05).Conclusion The TVS diagnosis to ectopic pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that of TAS,combined application can greatly reduce the rate of missed diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,which has higher clinical value,and is worthy of popularization and application.
