摘　　要：目的:探讨神经外科患者病情发展的不同阶段给予不同护理干预的效果。方法将120例神经外科患者随机分为对照组和实验组各(60例)对照组采用常规的护理,实验组根据病情进展分3个阶段:非稳定期相对稳定期稳定期进行护理干预。结果实验组患者病情再加重率、并发症的发生率、低于常规护理组,家属满意度明显高于对照组,具有显著的差异(<0.05)。结论阶段性护理效果明显优于常规护理。Objective To explore the dif erent stages of the disease in Department of Neurosurgery development given dif erent nursing intervention effect.Methods The control group and the experimental group of 120 cases of patients in Department of neurosurgery were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)adopted the routine nursing,the experimental group according to the progress of the disease is divided into 3 stages:nursing intervention of non stable period of relatively stable period and stable period.Results The experimental group patients and exacerbation rate,complication rate,lower than the usual care group,family satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group,with significant difference(<0.05).Conclusion The stage effect is obviously bet er than that of routine nursing care.
