83例上消化道异物经胃镜下治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨和总结经胃镜下治疗上消化道异物83例临床分析。方法对2014年1月1日~5月30日83例上消化道异物患者的病例资料回顾性分析。结果本组83例病例中,胃镜下成功取出78例,未出现严重并发症,成功率93.98豫。5例食管异物嵌入食管壁时间长,两端嵌顿深,考虑有可能出现食管瘘或刺入大血管的可能,故转上级医院高诊。.结论经胃镜下取上消化道异物是安全有效的,是治疗上消化道异物的首选方法,值得临床推广。Objective To explore and summarize the endoscopic treatment of foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract:clinical analysis of 83 cases.Methods On 01 2014 01 August 2014 year 05 months 30,83 cases of upper digestive tract foreign body were analyzed with retrospective data.Results In this group,83 cases,endoscopic successful y removed in 78 patients,no serious complications,the successful rate was 93.98%.In 5 cases with esophageal foreign bodies embedded in the esophageal wal at both ends of long time,embed depth,consider a possible esophageal fistula or penetrate into the large vessels may,therefore,to the hospital diagnosis.Conclusion The endoscopic.Foreign bodies in the upper digestive tract is safe and ef ective,is the preferred method for treatment of upper digestive tract foreign bodies,is worth the clinical promotion.
