重症肌无力患者规范化护理的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨重症肌无力患者规范化护理的效果。方法随机将我院40例重症肌无力患者分为对照组和观察组各20例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用规范的护理方法,比较两组患者脱机时间,危象的发生率,并发症的发生率。结果患者脱机时间明显短于对照组(<0.05),危象的发生率,并发症发生率低于对照组(<0.05)。结论应用规范重症肌无力患者的护理可有效提高临床疗效,重症肌无力危象的抑制和并发症的发生率,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the ef ect of the standardized nursing in patients with myasthenia gravis.Methods To divide randomly 40 cases of myasthenia gravis patients in our hospital as control group and observation group with 20 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing care,observation group adopted standardized nursing method,compared two groups of patients,the incidence rate of of-line time crisis,the machine rate and incidence of complications.Results Patients with of line time was shorter than the control group(<0.05),the incidence of the crisis,and complication rates were lower than the control group(<0.05).Conclusion To application specification in myasthenia gravis patients nursing ef ectively enhance the clinical curative ef ect,inhibition of myasthenia gravis crisis and the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients.
