摘　　要：目的:探讨延续护理对行玻璃体切除联合眼内硅油填充术后出院患者的康复作用。方法对30例出院患者进行电话随访。结果30例患者出院后对治疗的依从性及生活质量均有提高。结论对行玻璃体切除联合眼内硅油填充术患者实施延续护理能有效提高患者治疗依从性,有效提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the extended care of vitrectomy combined with intraocular silicone oil filling the role of the rehabilitation of patients after discharge.Methods 30 patients were discharged telephone follow-up.Results 30 patients after discharge treatment compliance and quality of life were improved.Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with intraocular silicone oil tamponade implement extended care patients can improve patient treatment compliance,improve the quality of life of patients.
