摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在探讨B型利钠肽(BNP)与心力衰竭病情严重程度及预后的关系。方法收集2011年3月~2013年5月我科住院治疗的60例心力衰竭患者临床资料,进行检测患者血清BNP水平,分析其与病情严重程度的关系。结果与健康人群比较,心功能不全患者血清BNP水平明显增高,心功能不全患者BNP水平与心功能分级呈正相关(r=0.797,P<0.05)。结论 BNP的水平可有效预测心力衰竭患者病情严重程度,能为治疗决策的制定提供依据。Objective The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)and the severity and prognosis of heart failure.Methods From 2011 March to 2013 May in our hospital treatment of 60 cases of heart failure in patients with clinical data,serum BNP levels were determined,and analyze its relationship with the severity of the disease.Results Compared with healthy people,patients with cardiac dysfunction serum BNP level was significantly higher in patients with cardiac dysfunction,associated with BNP level and heart function classification was positively(=0.797,<0.05).Conclusion The level of BNP can ef ectively predict the severity of heart failure patients,can make the treatment decision provides the basis for.
