摘　　要：目的探讨双J管上移的原因、处理以及预防措施。方法对2006年~2012年我科收治的20例双J管上移患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果19例患者用输尿管镜取出,另1例患者采用开放手术取出,术后随访无远期并发症的发生。双J管上移与导管长度不够、术中置管不当、术后活动等多因素有关。结论目前尚无防止双J管上移的根本解决方法,关键在于预防,对易发生移位的术式置管时尤其要仔细。Objective To summarise the reason,prevention and management of double-J stent placement.Methods From January 2006 to December 2012,tweenty cases with double J ureteral stent migrating proximal y in the ureter were retrospectively analyzed.Results Nineteen cases with migrating proximally in the ureter were moved by ureteroscopy and one case by open surgery.No complications occurred when the patients were followed up.Proximal migration of a ureteral stent is often caused by technical error or the stent is too short for the ureter.Conclusion Migration can be prevented by choosing appropriate length of the stent and proper placement.Ureterscopy is the ideal technique for removal of migrated stents.
