摘 要:目的探讨实行责任组长在开展“优质护理示范活动”中的作用。方法制定“优质护理示范活动”实施方案和措施,实施组长负责制分层级管理模式,为患者提供全面、全程、主动、专业、人性化的优质服务。结果体现了护士的分层级使用,激发了护理人员的工作积极性,显著地提高了患者、社会、政府、护士、医生、医院的满意度、结论设立护理责任组长管理体系,充分的加强了护士队伍的科学管理,实现人力资源的优化配置,建立有效的激励机制,有效防范护理差错事故发生,减少护理缺陷,充分调动护士工作的积极性,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective Discussion on the implementation of the responsibility leader in the development of'high quality nursing demonstration activities'in the role of.Methods The formulation of the'scheme andmeasures for the implementation of high quality nursing demonstration activities',the implementation of team leader responsibility system hierarchical management mode,to provide comprehensive,ful,active,professional,humane quality services for patients.Results The use of hierarchical nurses,aroused the enthusiasm of nursing staf,improve the patients,society,government,nurses,doctors,hospital satisfaction.Conclusion The establishment of nursing responsible leader management system,ful y strengthen the scientific management of nurse team,to achieve the optimal al ocation of human resources,establish an ef ective incentive mechanism,ef ectively preventing theoccurrence of nursing errors,reduce nursing defects,and ful y mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses,improve the patients'satisfactionto nursing work.
