浅谈负压吸引球与吸痰管在清理呼吸道中的优点

摘　　要：目的研究两种清理呼吸道与新生儿窒息的关系。方法结合在我院自然分娩,采用助产士在助产时胎儿头部娩出后,及时、正确、有效的清理呼吸道以及胎儿全部娩出后再一次用两种呼吸道清理方法有效的清理呼吸道。结果通过上述两种呼吸道清理,负压吸引球较吸痰管对预防新生儿窒息及降低新生儿呼吸道损伤有利。结论负压吸痰管结构简单、使用方便,能有效避免交叉感染,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the two cleaning respiratory tract and neonatal asphyxia between.Methods In our hospital with natural childbirth,midwifery by midwives in fetal head after delivery,timely,correct,ef ective cleaning respiratory tract and the fetus after birth again with al two respiratory cleaning methods,cleaning respiratory ef ective.Results Through the above two kind of clearing of respiratory tract,negative pressure suction bal a suction tube for the prevention of neonatal asphyxia and neonatal respiratory tract injury benefit.Conclusion Negative pressure suction tube has the advantages of simple structure and convenient use,can effectively avoid the cross infection,it is worthy of clinical application.
