介入检查在冠心病治疗过程中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探索介入检查在冠心病治疗过程中的应用效果。方法经桡动脉穿刺,将导丝导管送入冠状动脉开口,实施造影检查和治疗。结果通过实施冠状动脉造影,能够准确显示病变部位的形状、范围,分析病变性质,有助于做出准确的诊断和治疗。结论介入检查可以有效的帮助医师观察冠状动脉狭窄的部位、病变形态学、冠脉侧支循环,具有明显的优势,值得推广。Objective:To explore the ef ect of interventional examination in CHD therapy.Methods:percutaneous radial artery puncture,wil guide wire catheter into the coronary artery,angiography and treatment implementation.Results:through the implementation of coronary angiography,be able to accurately display the shape,range of lesion site,analysis of the nature of the lesions,help to make accurate diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion:interventional examination can help doctors to observe parts,stenosis of coronary artery lesion morphology,coronary col ateral circulation,has obvious advantages,is worthy of promotion.
