摘　　要：现行的'以药养医、利益挂钩',是导致群众看病难、看病贵的根本性原因,其弊端日益显现,集中表现为有些医疗机构过度追求经济收益及医务人员收受红包、回扣等行业不正之风肆虐。这些问题直接影响了卫生事业的健康发展,损害了人民群众利益,使社会公众对医疗行业总体满意度下降、信任度降低,导致了医患关系的紧张,医疗纠纷也由此产生。日益增多的医疗纠纷是各级医院普遍面临的重要问题之一,它干扰了正常的医疗秩序,给医院造成了损失,也给患者及其家属带来了痛苦,同时也影响了和谐社会的构建,必须给予高度重视。the current'to drugs to support medical,there is interests linked',is the cause of the fundamental reason medical treatment dif icult,expensive,its disadvantages appear,concentrated expression for some medical institutions over the pursuit of economic benefits and medical staf accepting bribery,kickbacks and other industries unwholesome tendencies raging.These problems directly af ect the development of the health cause,damage to the interests of the masses,so that the public down,on the medical industry overal satisfaction,trust degree is reduced,leading to the tense doctor-patient relationship,medical disputes are arising therefrom.An increasing number of medical disputes is one of the important problems in al levels of hospitals is facing,it interferes with the normal medical order,resulting in a loss to the hospital,but also to the patients and their families to bring the pain,but also af ects the construction of harmonious society,it must be given at ach great at ention.
