中西医结合治疗慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 研究中西医结合治疗慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石的临床.方法 选取我院2015年6月至2018年6月收治的125例慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石患者,将其随机分为观察组(n=63)和对照组(n=62),对照组采用常规西医治疗,给予患者头孢噻肟钠3g+浓度0.9%的生理盐水250ml,1次/d,观察组在上述基础上加用大柴胡汤加减治疗,1剂/d,治疗30d后比较两组患者的临床疗效及并发症发生情况.结果 观察组治疗有效率(90.48%)高于对照组(72.58%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(3.17%)低于对照组(17.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗慢性胆囊炎合并胆结石可有效改善患者临床症状,提升临床疗效,改善患者并发症发生情况,预后效果显著.ObjectivelTo study the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on chronic cholecystitis combined with gallstones.Methodsl 125 cases of chronic cholecystitis with gallstones in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=63)and the control group(n=62).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.and the patients with cefotaxime sodium 39+concentration of 0.9%were given the physiological saline 250ml and 1 times/d.Aher treatment with Bupleurum Decoction plus 1 doses of/d,the clinical efficacy and complications of the tWO groups were compared between the tWO groups.Re—suitsl the effective rate of treatment in the observation group(90.48%)was higher than that of the control group(72.58%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the observation group(3.17%)was lower than that of the control group(17.74%).and the di“erence WaS statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusionl the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis with gallstones can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.improve the clinical efficacy and improve the incidence of complications,and the prognosis is significant.
