局麻下经椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症术中并发高热反应:一例报告

摘　　要：局麻椎间孔镜下经治疗腰椎间盘突出症,行突出物摘除术中并发高热患者1例,经对症治疗恢复良好,认为其为大量低温冲洗液所导致.对椎间孔镜手术并发症进行文献复习后指出,将冲洗液温度调整至接近机体体温,减少低温对机体刺激,可避免类似并发症的发生.One case of hyperpyrexia reaction was reported during intervertebral foraminoscopy under local anesthesia for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and was cured by symptomatic treatment.The reason is considered that high volume of hypothermic washing liquid lead to.After reviewing the literatures on the complications of intervertebral foraminoscopy surgery,it showed that the temperature of washing liquid should be adjusted to the body temperature,so as to reduce the stimulation of low temperature and avoid this complications.
