创新之城愿景下高校开放共享的价值与路径探讨——以上海市杨浦区为例

摘　　要：在上海建设创新之城、国家推进开放式街区和高校自身校园职能转变的背景下,基于杨浦区高校的实证研究,通过问卷调查及调研访谈,对高校资源的开放共享性进行评估,并对高校与社区、创新产业区之间的互动情况,以及存在的问题进行深度剖析.通过比较国内外高校校园发展历程及案例分析,归纳出高校与周边地区互动发展、开放共享的典型模式.最后,总结高校开放共享的价值,并提出高校开放共享的规划策略、实施路径和保障机制.Under the background of Shanghai’S construction of an innovative city,the state’S promotion of open blocks and the transformation of university’S own campus functions,the study evaluates the openness and sharing of university resources,and analyzes in—depth the interaction between universities and communities,innovation industrial zones,and the existing problems as well through questionnaires and interviews,based on the empirical study of universities in Yangpu district.By comparing the development course of university campus in China and abroad,combined with case studies,this paper sums up the typical modes of interactive development and open sharing between universities and surrounding areas.According to the research above,this paper summarizes the value of open university,and puts forward the planning strategy,implementation path and guarantee mechanism.
