下肢负重及行走督导表在半月板损伤术后患者的康复效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨下肢负重及行走练习督导表在半月板损伤术后患者康复中的应用效果.方法:选取我院运动创伤关节镜病区2015年12月-2016年6月收治的87例半月板损伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组42例和观察组45例,对照组给予常规的康复锻炼指导,观察组在对照组的基础上加用下肢负重、行走功能锻炼督导表进行康复锻炼指导.比较2组患者术后功能锻炼依从性、下肢负重及行走练习目标完成情况.结果:2组患者术后1个月负重及行走功能锻炼依从性差异不大,但术后2周观察组患者锻炼依从性及下肢负重及行走练习目标完成情况均明显好于对照组.结论:运用下肢负重、行走练习锻炼督导表可以有效指导半月板损伤术后患者早日下床活动,促进患者术后早日恢复正常行走功能,提升患者的生活质量.To explore the effect of the monitoring of the patient's lower extremities and walking practice in the rehabilitation of patients with meniscus injury.Methods:87 patients with meniscus injury from December 2015 to June 2016 were selected from the hospital of trauma arthroscopy in our hospital,and a randomized control study was conducted to divide the control group into 42 patients and 45 patients in the experimental group,and the control group was given the routine rehabilitation exercise instruction,and the experimental group was guided by the exercise supervision of lower limbs and walking function.To compare two groups of patients with postoperative functional exercise compliance,lower limb load and walking practice target completion.Results:in the two groups of patients,there was not a significant difference between the load and walking function in the first month after surgery.However,the results of the exercise compliance and the target completion of the walking exercises in the 2 weeks after surgery were significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion:using the weight of lower limb and walking exercise supervision watch could effectively guide the early bed activity of patients with meniscus injury,and promote the early recovery of normal walking function and improve the quality of life of patients.
