摘 要:针对综采工作面末采回撤前工作面运输巷与回撤通道交叉位置发生了顶板下沉、 巷道底鼓等现象,极易引发综采贯通顶板冒落掩埋支架的问题,设计对工作面运输巷底鼓段起底,采用双梁工字钢焊接作为顶梁配合单体架棚支护以及巷道帮部采用'锚索+钢带'的支护方案,并对顶板破碎区域注射马丽散.结果表明:通过采取对工作面应力集中巷道架棚、 注射马丽散及锚索钢带支护,该段巷道顶板下沉最大值为142mm,两帮向中心鼓出最大值为96mm,底鼓量最大值为113mm,巷道变形不影响综采工作面贯通,有力保障了工作面设备快速安全的回撤.In view of the roof subsidence and floor heave at the intersection of transport roadway and retraction passage before the final retraction of fully mechanized mining face,it is easy to cause roof caving and bury support in fully mechanized mining.The floor dinting scheme is designed for the floor heave section of transport roadway,and then double beam I-beam welding is used as roof beam coordination.The single roof is supported by anchor cable and steel strip,and Malisan is injected into the broken roof area.The results show that the maximum roof subsidence is 142mm,the maximum two sides heave is 96mm,and the maximum floor heave is 113mm.The deformation of roadway does not affect the cutting through of fully mechanized mining face,which effectively guarantees the rapid and safe working face equipment retraction.
