摘　　要：针对合成装置循环气压缩机一级缸及二级缸刮油器严重漏油的原因进行了分析,并对刮油器进行了改造,从而解决了刮油器严重漏油的问题,有效避免了机组的频繁检修,减少了检修时间,节约了检修成本,极大减少了检修工作量,保证了系统长周期运行.In this paper,the causes of serious oil leakage of the first and second cylinder scrapers of circulating gas compressors in synthetic units are analyzed,and the scraper ring pressure plate is reformed,which has never solved the problem of serious oil leakage of the scrapers,effectively avoided the frequent overhaul of the units,greatly reduced the overhaul time,saved the overhaul cost,greatly reducing the maintenance workload,ensure long period running system.
