摘 要:介绍了中国石化大连石油化工研究院(FRIPP)利用费托合成油制取API III+类润滑油基础油工艺技术.试验以费托合成油重馏分为原料,在小型加氢反应装置采用加氢工艺生产API III+类润滑油基础油.试验结果表明,费托合成油的高含蜡的特点,选用催化剂级配技术和复合进料的操作方式,在适宜的操作条件下,生产优质低芳溶剂油、API III+类润滑油基础油.A full hydrogenation process to produce API III+lube base oil from F-T synthesis oil developed by Dalian research institute of petroleum and petrochemicals(FRIPP)was introduced.Taking heavy Fischer-Tropsch synthesis oil as raw material,API III+lube base oil was produced in the small hydrogenation reactor by the hydrogenation process.The test results showed that low aromatic solvent naphtha and API III+lube base oil were successfully produced from F-T synthesis oil with high wax content by catalyst grading and compound feeding under appropriate conditions.
