摘  要:以青海省海东市富硒产业园区农产品(鸡蛋、甜瓜、菜籽、清油等)为样本,采用氢化物原子荧光法来测定硒的含量, 研究了富硒饲料对鸡蛋中硒含量的影响.通过给相同状态的鸡群喂以不同天数和不同配方的富硒饲料,收集鸡蛋,比较它们的硒含量测试结果.通过实验选择合适的配方和喂养天数,为养鸡用户科学养鸡提供理论依据.采用氢化物原子荧光法测定产业园区不同的样本,所得硒的曲线线性良好,检出限为0.017 mg/kg,该方法的准确度和精密度都较好,RE为0.77%~4.76%,RSD在0.16%~3.59%之间.通过对不同样本加标测定其回收率,所得回收率在95.0%~102%之间.The selenium contents of agricultural products(eggs,melon,rapeseed,oil,etc.)from the selenium-rich industrial park in Haidong city of Qinghai province were determined by hydride atomic fluorescence method.The effect of selenium-rich feed on selenium content in the egg was studied.Chickens in the same state were fed selenium enriched diets with different formulations and different days.At the same time,eggs were collected,and their selenium test results were compared.The proper formulation and feeding days were determined through experiments,which can provide theoretical foundations for chicken farmers to raise chickens scientifically.In this paper,hydride atomic fluorescence method was used to determine different samples in the industrial park.The obtained selenium curve was linear with a detection limit of 0.017 mg/kg.The accuracy and precision of this method were good,with RE ranging from 0.77%to 4.76%and RSD ranging from 0.16%to 3.59%.The recovery rate was 95.0%~102%in different samples.
