摘 要:斑秃是一种全球性的毛发疾病,其诊断过程存在一定主观性和经验性。人工智能(AI)在医学图像分析,特别是精确评估脱发面积和疾病进展方面提供了重要帮助。本文综述了AI在斑秃诊断中的具体应用,如自动化SALT评分和深度学习模型Alo Net等。此外,还探讨了皮肤镜在毛发检测中的应用,以及AI在未来皮肤病学和毛发领域的发展前景。总的来说,AI在提高斑秃诊断准确性、预测疾病发展趋势以及改善医疗体验方面展现出巨大潜力。Alopecia areata,a global hair disorder,presents challenges to clinicians due to the somewhat subjective and experiential nature in the diagnosis process.Artificial intelligence(AI),particularly AI in medical image analysis,provides important assistance in accurate assessment of the extent of hair loss and disease progression.This paper reviews the application of AI,such as automated SALT score and deep learning model Alo-Net in the diagnosis of the disease.Additionally,it examines the utility of dermoscopy in hair detection and the prospective development of AI in dermatology and trichology.Overall,AI technology holds significant promise in enhancing the accuracy of alopecia diagnosis,predicting the disease progression,and improving the overall medical experience.
