摘　　要：近年来,数字化病历在临床实践中的应用构建出丰富的数据库,新颖的计算方法、计算机计算能力的增强和训练数据的可及性共同促进了人工智能在医学领域的应用。在皮肤科,人工智能已被用于多种疾病的诊断、临床严重程度评估和发病风险预测等方面,但大部分临床医生和研究人员对人工智能领域相关知识了解仍存在一定不足。本文对人工智能的基本概念及其在皮肤科的应用、优势和局限性进行综述。Digitalization of medical records in clinical practice have resulted in an unprecedented wealth of data in recent years.Novel computational methods,the enhancement of computing and the accessibility of training data have jointly promoted the application of artificial intelligence in the field of medicine.In dermatology,artificial intelligence has been used in the diagnosis,severity assessment and risk prediction of various diseases.Nevertheless,clinicians and researchers may lack familiarity with fundamental concepts.Our review seeks to equip clinicians and researchers with the knowledge needed to comprehend artificial intelligence,its applications,opportunities,and constraints,specifically within the realm of dermatology.
