摘　　要：回顾1958年至今中国体外循环65年发展历程,在经历了探索期、成长期、成熟期和发展期的变迁后,中国体外循环已逐步走向成熟,体外循环下心血管外科手术在全国推广,手术成功率逐步提高,其衍生出的体外膜氧合在危重症领域近年也得到新的发展。今后,中国体外循环将在“个性化”精准治疗理念的指导下,进一步加强专业标准化,为我国卫生健康事业作出更大贡献。Reviewing the 65-year development since 1958,extracorporeal circulation(ECC)in China,which experienced different stages of exploration,growth,maturity and development,has gradually matured.Cardiovascular surgery under ECC has been promoted throughout the country with an increasing rate of success.Furthermore,the derived extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)has developed greatly in the field of critical care.In the future,China′s ECC will further strengthen professional standardization under the guidance of the"personalized"precision treatment concept,and will make greater contributions to the nation′s health.
