摘　　要：跗骨联合(tarsal coalition,TC)是一种发育性畸形,常于少年期出现症状。国内对于TC的报道极少,临床罕见,诊治方案尚未统一。本文对TC病因及流行病学、病理学、临床特征、影像学特征及分型、治疗进展等进行综述,希望能够加深小儿骨科医师对于TC的认识,为探索TC的规范诊治策略提供参考依据。Tarsal coalition(TC)is a developmental malformation occurring frequently in adolescents.There are few domestic reports on TC.However,the actual incidence rate is greatly underestimated.This review provided a comprehensive overview of the current literature pertaining to the etiology,epidemiology,pathology,clinical manifestations,radiological features,classifications and therapeutic advancements of TC.It was intended to enhance the understanding of pediatric orthopedists about this condition and serve as references for formulating standardized diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
