摘 要:腰椎椎弓根双螺钉技术是指在同一椎弓根内置入传统椎弓根螺钉和皮质骨轨迹螺钉,已被证实在骨质疏松椎体固定中能提供更高的固定强度,对邻椎病翻修置钉也是一种创伤更小的手术选择。针对双螺钉技术目前已开展了相关的基础研究和临床应用探索,但仍有诸多问题需要进一步研究和明确,本文就双螺钉技术的临床应用及存在的问题进行论述,供同仁参考。Lumbar pedicle double-trajectory screw technique refers to the placement of traditional pedicle screw combined with cortical bone trajectory screw in the same pedicle,which has been proved to provide higher fixation strength in osteoporotic vertebral body fixation,and is also a less invasive surgical choice for revision of adjacent segment disease.At present,related basic research and clinical application exploration of double-trajectory screw technique have been carried out,but there are still many problems that need to be further investigated and clarified.The clinical application and existing problems of double screw technique were discussed in this paper for clinical reference.
