摘 要:膝骨关节炎是常见的关节退行性疾病,利用免荷矫形器的生物力学干预是该疾病的常用治疗手段之一。通过文献整理分析发现,大量研究表明单室性免荷矫形器可以卸载膝关节负荷,但目前仍存在争议,并且尚未有相关综述纳入最新型的多室性免荷矫形器。本文概述了目前免荷矫形器的分类及工作原理,分析了不同种类免荷矫形器对膝骨关节炎患者的生物力学影响以及现存的问题。针对这些问题和不足,未来还应继续开展相关研究和长期随访,为临床膝骨关节炎患者的干预及治疗提供参考。Knee osteoarthritis is a common chronic disease,and biomechanical intervention of unloading brace is one of the commonly used treatments for this disease.Through literature review and analysis,a large number of studies have shown that unicompartmental unloading brace can offload the knee joint load,but there are still controversis,and no relevant systematic review has included the latest tricompartmental unloading brace.This article summarized the classification and working principles of current unloading brace,and analyzed the biomechanical effects and existing problems of different types of unloading brace on patients with knee osteoarthritis.In view of these problems and deficiencies,relevant research and long-term follow-up should be continued in the future to provide reference for the intervention and treatment of clinical knee osteoarthritis patients.
