摘　　要：近年来,随着消化内镜技术不断进步,从经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)到胆胰直视系统,"超级微创"(SMIS)理念使胆胰疾病非手术治疗变成现实,能够在保留器官和功能完整性的基础上,达到"治愈疾病"的目的,是未来医学发展的重要目标。In recent years,with the continuous advancement of endoscopic technology,from endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)to peroral cholangioscopy,the concept of"super minimally invasive surgery"(SMIS)has made the endoscopic treatment of biliary and pancreatic diseases a reality,which can achieve the purpose of"curing diseases"on the basis of preserving organ and functional integrity,which is an important goal of future medical development.
