摘　　要：采用调查法、文献资料法等 ,对绍兴市老年人体育锻炼进行分析研究 ,探讨了老年体育的现状、特点及存在的问题 ,并提出相应的建议和对策。By using the method of investigation and document,the author studies on the present situation of elderly people′s activity in Shaoxing city.This paper reveals the conditions,features and existing problems.It also puts forward suggestion and countermeasure.
