摘　　要：软式排球运动是一项新兴的体育运动项目。具有球柔软、气压小、重量轻。规则简单易行 ,随意性大。适合不同层次、水平的人参加 ,可为硬式排球打好技术基础 ,是全民健身的好方法 。The sport of soft volleyball is a newly emerging one. It has the characteristics of low pressure, light weight and with the ball being soft.The rules for it are practical and flexible, suitable for players of various age and level.This sport works well for the body-building of all the people,at the same time it can help build solid skill foundations for hard volleyball. Therefore, the development of this sport should be encouraged.
