摘　　要：介绍了能力谱抗震设计方法的研究及其在工程设计中的应用情况 ;结合非线性抗震设计的特点对能力谱方法进行了讨论 。The research on the new capacity spectrum method and its applications in engineering designs are introduced.The principle and procedure of the capacity spectrum method are discussed according to the characteristics of the non linear seismic design.Some unsolved problems and future directions in the research and applications of the capacity spectrum method are listed.
