产超广谱β-内酰胺酶细菌下呼吸道感染临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究下呼吸道感染病原菌产超广谱 β -内酰胺酶 (ESBLs)及其药敏状况、临床特征。方法 :住院下呼吸道感染痰标本分离鉴定肺炎克雷伯氏菌及大肠埃希氏菌 ,用E -test法进行超广谱β -内酰胺酶测定 ,并测定产ESBLs菌株对 12种常用抗生素的药敏试验、分析其临床特征。结果 :12 0株肺炎克雷伯氏菌及大肠埃希氏菌中共检出 6株产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯氏菌和 4株大肠埃希氏菌 ,总检出率为 8% ;药敏结果亚胺培南 10 0 %敏感 ,舒普深敏感率分别为 83%及50 % ,两者对氨西林等半合成青霉素的耐药率达 10 0 % ,对其他三代头孢菌素耐药率达 50 %～10 0 %。结论 :下呼吸道感染病原菌产ESBLs菌株达 8% 。To study the rate and their resistance to general antibiotics of Eschenchia Coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae stains producing Extended Spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs) in lower respiratory tract infection Patients.120 strains of Escherichia Coli and Klebsiella Pneumoniae were required from the patients s sputum;ESBLs of them were then detected by E-test.6 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae and 4 Stains of Escherichia coli were strains producing ESBLs,The rate of Strains producing ESBLs in 120 strains bacterum was 8...
