摘　　要：研究了电火花线切割CAD/CAM集成系统。首先建立本系统的几何模型内核 ,之后重点介绍了电火花线切割自动编程中电极丝中心轨迹的计算方法 ,即电极丝半径的二维和三维补偿方法 ,最后用OpenGL图形工具库进行了电极丝轨迹验证程序的设计。In this paper, a Wire Electronic Discharge Machining (WEDM) CAD/CAM integrated system is presented. First, the geometry model of this system is introduced, and then the method of generation of wire center path is described, including the compensation of wire radius in cases of two and three dimensions machining. Finally, a path verification program using OpenGL Graphics library is developed to verify the tool path generated.
