摘　　要：目的:总结冠心病手术后肺不张的预防与护理效果。方法:将行冠心病手术治疗患者 60 例入组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予加速康复护理干预,比较两组术后肺不张 发生率。结果:观察组肺不张发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:冠心病手术后给予康复护理干预可降低术后肺不张发生率。Objective: To summarize the prevention and nursing effects of atelectasis after coronary heart disease surgery. Methods: 60 patients undergoing coronary heart disease surgery The control group received routine nursing care. The observation group was given accelerated rehabilitation intervention and the incidence of postoperative atelectasis was compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of atelectasis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Rehabilitation nursing intervention after coronary heart disease surgery can reduce the incidence of postoperative atelectasis.
