摘　　要：Perineal Burn in children is common in pediatric burns. Due to the particularity of its anatomical position, the development of children's organs and otherwise the children’s organs is not mature, and the ability of self-control is poor, which greatly increases the difficulty of daily nursing. This paper elaborates on the development of pediatric Perineal Burn through the literature review and clinical experience, from the wound care, body position, stool care, diet feeding, psychological care and other aspects of pediatric Perineal Burn related nursing progress.
