摘　　要：Engineering risk research is based on scientific prediction, evaluation and analysis and the formulation of risk prevention measures and emergency plans, in order to effectively avoid, prevent and control the risk factors that may occur in the construction process of waterway regulation project. Port channel dredging project is the main measure of infrastructure construction and daily maintenance in coastal areas. Starting from the common structure of waterway regulation project, this paper analyzes the impact of construction on the environment, how to do a good job in ecological environmental protection and build a new green ecological waterway, from the system exploration, design scheme optimization, on-site construction measures and other aspects and puts forward measures.
