Clinical Effect of Urapidil and Nitroglycerin in Pre-Hospital Care for Hypertensive Emergency

摘　　要：Objective: to summarize the efficacy of Urapidil and Nitroglycerin in the treatment of hypertension. Methods: 86 patients with acute hypertension who received treatment in our hospital from April 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects. The conventional group was treated with Nitroglycerin. The experimental group was treated with Urapidil on the basis of the conventional group. A comparative study was conducted based on the effective rate of treatment and serum index. Results: the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the conventional group, P < 0.05. The serum index of experimental group was better than those of conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: nitroglycerin combined with Urapidil can be effectively applied in the pre-hospital care for hypertensive emergency. The curative effect is exact and the first-aid effect is better. It is worthy of popularization.
