Observation of Curative Effect of Clopidogrel Combined with Low-Molecular-Weight Heparin Calcium and Xuesaitong on Cerebral Infarction

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the efficacy of clopidogrel combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium and Xuesaitong in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Method: from June 2019 to June 2020, some patients with cerebral infarction (80 cases) admitted to our hospital were selected as clinical research objects. Patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to odd-even number method, clopidogrel + low-molecular-weight heparin calcium + Xuesaitong and clopidogrel + low-molecular-weight heparin calcium were given, respectively. Clinically related treatment data of the two groups were obtained and compared. Results: the clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). There were no differences in thrombosis coefficient, platelet aggregation rate and whole plasma viscosity between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the thrombosis coefficient, platelet aggregation rate and whole plasma viscosity of the two groups were lower than those before treatment. After treatment, the thrombosis coefficient, platelet aggregation rate and whole plasma viscosity of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group. And there were significant differences (P>0.05). There was no difference in neurological scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). During the treatment, no obvious drug adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion: the treatment of clopidogrel + low-molecular-weight heparin calcium + Xuesaitong in patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the neurological function score and hemorheology of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
