摘　　要：With the continuous development of China's economy, enterprises want to stand out in the increasingly fierce market competition;the most basic condition is to do a good job in enterprise financial risk management. And the coal resources in the coal mining enterprises and the national people's livelihood has very close connection, the coal mine enterprise financial management can not only improve the enterprise management system, reduce business operating costs, at the same time also can let the coal mining enterprises to set up a good social credit, but the present our country coal mine risk management in the enterprise financial management still exist many problems to be solved. This paper analyzes the existing problems of risk management in China's coal mine financial management, and discusses relevant effective improvement countermeasures on this basis, hoping to bring some reference value for China's coal mine enterprises to carry out financial risk management.
