摘　　要：A batch of HC420/780DP our company produced was rusted during hanging process in a coating production line of an automobile, which seriously affected the subsequent use of HC420/780DP. The phase of HC420/780DP corrosion was analyzed, the causes of HC420/780DP corrosion were analyzed from two aspects of automobile factory which were painting process and company products, and the solutions were put forward. The results showed that HC420/780DP product composition system was the main factor affecting the corrosion of the coating.
